We’re less than 10 days away from Christmas and it’s snowing outside my window. Because of that, I thought it only appropriate to track down some amazing gingerbread houses and share them with you. So below are a selection of the most amazing gingerbread houses I could find. Drink some hot cocoa, stay warm, and enjoy the pictures.

If you’ve never seen the Empire State Building in the winter when it’s tipped in snow, you’re really missing out.
Those are not miniatures, those are actual people. These buildings are in Spain and are nothing short of baking and engineering marvels.
I want to stay in that hotel. The skylight windows in the roof are cool!

These townhouses look so much nicer than mine.
On these bigger ones, it’s nice to have people there to really give it some scale. If you go around back, can you see inside? Makes you wonder if there are gingerbread couches, beds & even kitchen cabinets.

This is so genius! I use to make them a long long time ago, but since I had children we started making them with empty milk cartons and graham crackers.It would be nice to be able to take them out each year and have memories of them.
The houses in Barcelona, designed my Gaudi is of stone, so you will have trouble eating them…
