We’re less than 10 days away from Christmas and it’s snowing outside my window.  Because of that, I thought it only appropriate to track down some amazing gingerbread houses and share them with you.  So below are a selection of the most amazing gingerbread houses I could find.  Drink some hot cocoa, stay warm, and enjoy the pictures.

White House Gingerbread House

Can it technically be called the White House if it’s not white?

Empire State Building Gingerbread House

If you’ve never seen the Empire State Building in the winter when it’s tipped in snow, you’re really missing out.

Enormous Gingerbread House

Those are not miniatures, those are actual people.  These buildings are in Spain and are nothing short of baking and engineering marvels.

Gingerbread Cabin

Gingerbread Hotel

I want to stay in that hotel. The skylight windows in the roof are cool!

Gingerbread House

Gingerbread House Ski Chalet

Is this a ski chalet?  I want to visit if it is.

Gingerbread Leaning Tower of Pisa

I think this is part of a Christmas card – those are adorable children.

Gingerbread London Bridge

A gingerbread London bridge – that’s amazing.

Gingerbread Mansion

Gingerbread Townhomes

These townhouses look so much nicer than mine.

Gingerbread Victorian

Huge Gingerbread House

On these bigger ones, it’s nice to have people there to really give it some scale. If you go around back, can you see inside? Makes you wonder if there are gingerbread couches, beds & even kitchen cabinets.

St Peters Gingerbread House

Waterwheel Gingerbread House

Totally digging on the water wheel.

This is so genius! I use to make them a long long time ago, but since I had children we started making them with empty milk cartons and graham crackers. It would be nice to be able to take them out each year and have memories of them.
